Christopher Ward
Managing Director & Founder
Chris has over 20 years’ experience across institutional investment platforms, alternative investment structures, and professional investor engagement.
His background includes extensive involvement in hedge fund structures, governance frameworks, and the development of distribution and engagement strategies for professional investors. He has worked closely with family offices, institutional allocators, and professional investors across multiple jurisdictions, with long-standing exposure to capital raising processes and allocator relationships within the alternative investment sector.
Chris’s experience contributes to a disciplined, structured approach to fund governance, oversight, and professional investor engagement, with a strong emphasis on regulatory boundaries and institutional process. He does not provide investment advisory services to third parties and does not exercise investment discretion. All investment decisions are made at the fund level in accordance with each fund’s governing documents. Any capital introduction or professional investor engagement activities are conducted within defined regulatory scope and firm-level processes.
Chris studied Business Studies and Contract Law at Leeds University Business School and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Systems & Control Engineering. He is a Member of the Institute of Consulting (MIC) and a CFA Program candidate.
Third party hedge-fund manager is supported by independent professional service providers, including an administrator, auditor, legal counsel and compliance advisers, each operating in accordance with the applicable regulatory standards.
