CWC Capital is a UAE-based professional investor engagement and capital introduction platform focused on hedge-fund investment strategies. The firm is in the process of establishing its regulatory footprint in the United Arab Emirates and is submitting, an application to the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) for Category 5 authorisation.


The firm’s intended activities are restricted to non-discretionary, non-advisory functions, including professional investor marketing support and the facilitation of introductions between eligible investors and third-party investment managers.

Our Role


CWC Capital’s role is to act as a professional intermediary, supporting institutional investors, family offices, and other qualified counterparties in accessing information about hedge fund strategies, subject to regulatory permissions and investor eligibility. All engagement is conducted on a professional-only basis and in accordance with applicable securities regulations.


Intended Regulatory Status


CWC Capital is seeking authorisation from the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) under Category 5 to conduct regulated introduction and promotion activities once approval is granted. Until such authorisation is obtained, no regulated activities are carried out.


All activities currently communicated on this site are intended for engagement within the United Arab Emirates mainland jurisdiction only and will be conducted in compliance with applicable SCA regulatory requirements once authorisation is granted.
