Christopher Ward
Founder & Managing Director
Chris has over 20 years’ experience across institutional investment platforms, alternative investment structures, and professional investor engagement.
Earlier in his career, Chris worked across alternative investment structures including structured products and private credit, supporting investor engagement with high-net-worth and self-certified investors in London.
His background includes extensive experience engaging with hedge fund structures, fund governance frameworks, and institutional allocators across multiple jurisdictions.
His work has included engagement with specialist hedge fund strategies operating within funding and derivatives markets, where institutional liquidity dynamics and balance sheet constraints can create structural arbitrage conditions.
Chris brings a disciplined and structured approach to professional investor engagement, with particular focus on regulatory boundaries, institutional process, and governance oversight. He does not provide investment advisory services to third parties and does not exercise investment discretion. All investment decisions are made at the fund level in accordance with each fund’s governing documents.
Chris studied Business Studies and Contract Law at Leeds University Business School and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronic Systems & Control Engineering. His academic background combines technical systems analysis with commercial and legal training, contributing to a structured and analytical approach to institutional investment platforms and market structures.
