Christopher Ward
Founder and Managing Director

Christopher has worked in alternative investments for nearly 20 years. His experience spans structured products, private credit, funding and derivatives markets, capital formation and professional-investor engagement.

He brings an analytical, commercially focussed and process-led approach to strategy positioning, investor qualification and professional review. His work centres on strategies where returns are shaped by market structure, liquidity, collateral, counterparty pricing and execution quality rather than broad market direction.

Chris holds a BEng in Electronic Systems & Control Engineering and studied Business Studies and Contract. His academic background combines Advanced Mathematics, Systems Analysis and quantitative problem-solving with commercial and legal training, supporting a structured and evidence-led approach to investment analysis, market dynamics and capital formation.
